FINALLY, a fellow Ketchy!! I love Rocket Punch so much but no one really seems to know them, especially fans from North America. My personal favourites are The The, Ride, Chiquita, and Lilac. I also really love Louder for some reason lol I usually don't like songs like that but Rocket Punch is just...magic! ❤️
it seems like there aren't many of us around, but we are an incredibly loud and supportive minority! i've never actually met a Ketchy either (minus online friends who aren't from North America, your statement is 100% true), so it's honestly amazing to see someone with so many similarities also share the same taste in music as me!! 💕 for me, it's actually the exact opposite. i LOVE louder music, more specifically what is considered "noise music" (by rather toxic stans). Rocket Punch have most definitely helped me gain a little bit of interest in cuter songs! i already enjoyed retro and Synthpop/Synthwave-inspired music prior to stanning Rocket Punch, so it took very little adjusting to make Rocket Punch and their music feel like a safe place for me. if they continue releasing great music like this, i can guarantee you that my love and interest in them will never fade away.

you know i LOVE noise music, but i also seem to have gained a little bit of a soft spot for Rocket Punch and their cute releases. with 30/31 songs (if we include intros, Japanese releases, Soda, and OSTs, that number goes up to 45/47!!) on my playlist, you can most definitely catch me listening to both the loudest and most aggressive music you've ever heard AND cutesy music on full blast at any time. 🤭 edit: changed 44/46 to 45/47.
both are absolutely amazing!! i have such a soft spot in my heart for Synthpop and Synthwave, which definitely helps keep my love for Rocket Punch at an all-time high.
