If you roast until so dark, you are just used to drinking bitterness. Most of the goodness is gone. Maybe suitable for espresso. Now is about light to medium roast to truly appreciate the coffee grown by farmer and roasted by professional
Very interesting coffee roasting procedure. Especially the one with butter and sugar. An eye opening experience for me. I roast my own but in a Diedrich roaster. Hope to have the opportunity to taste the Kopio coffee. Cheers...
