It's Hungarian MAV and Not ZSSK P.S (駅、車内など関わらず鉄道に関するものすべて) I'm planning to make Part 2. I'm looking for information on jingles or chimes not included in this video from railway companies in countries other than Japan. (All things related to railways, whether at the station, inside the train, etc.)
There are multiple MÁV jingles. The ones in this video are the original (since 1973, standard since the 7th of November, 1974, which was misnoted in this video), and the old Eurocity jingle. There is also an Intercity and a Railjet jingle.
Here are some Indonesian railway (or "PT KAI") jingles: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dMlvRSir9gI.htmlsi=YBUW5uf053lJOZ74 (This one is used in Jabodetabek areas) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6qJ5obdbIEw.htmlsi=BCDleOFENrvIjDRA (You can take the first 8 notes since it plays on loop just like some japanese railway jingles)
Yes and the ÖBB one is usually followed by „ICE 69420 to Budapest is arriving 30 minutes late because of a delay in a neighboring country“. We all know which country it is ÖBB.
As a Russian I enjoy this station jingle a lot. I’m happy that you enjoy it too. I wrote the same message twice in case if translation wouldn’t work as good if I wrote it only in Russian language. 🙏

I believe this is MÁV's jingle for trains of lower categories (személyvonat - stops everywhere, sebesvonat - stops almost everywhere, gyorsvonat - stops only in more important stations but more often than an InterCity and a train of this category usually offers less comfort). They also have one used only for InterCity/RailJetExpress and one used only for EuroCity/EuroNight trains (the one you used at 0:24 is the older version of that jingle). Here's a video containing all three: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4LpJvD8W0Oc.html . Thank you for making this video, it brings back memories. 👍
Wait. By italian jingle you mean the jingle for Renfe? It's spanish actually and italy has trennitalia wich doesn't have a jingle. Sorry for me behing a nerd. :/
I love how relaxing russian railways jingle sounds, like, you're waiting for your train and you're so happy and relaxed at the same time... I love that feeling😊
It sounds calm and beautiful when you watch it at home on RU-vid. But when you on station, it's comes from station cheap speakers, reflects from walls and it's sound harsh. But it do their job - bring attention. Next step: recognize what announcer says.
The first one by Nederlandse Spoorwegen in The Netherlands was also used as a PA jingle on the Class 700 Desiro City EMUs used on Thameslink in the UK.
@@Mhmd_F I'm pretty sure the first two chimes are used for automated Aviavox announcements in a number of airports around the world. Since the company is Dutch, I wouldn't be surprised if they also worked on a similar system for NS, and used a similar jingle.
Fast train number 459 from Tambov to Adler, will be arrived to the 3rd track. The numbering of carriages begin from the 1st carriage 🥰🇷🇺
The Russian Railway jingle is the one you'd barely hear if you live in or near Moscow, yet you still have a slight chance of hearing if you're on a metro station that lets you transition to a train station which brings me lots of nostalgia for any trip I would have outside of Moscow
No matter how many times I heard it, The first three months in Seoul I just took any train went down Line 1, not few times I rode train to Incheon while I want to go to Osan. Ah good memories.
Fun fact: Italian railway stations have a simple "ding-dong" jingle (and not always the same), but now many just put the announcements without any jingle
"These station jingles are absolutely delightful! Each one brings its own unique charm to the experience. My personal favourite has to be the Nederlandse Spoorwegen jingle - it brings back nostalgic memories of playing Terminal Railways back in the day! If you ever do another video like this, you should add the Queensland Rail 'ding' to the mix and the other Australian railway networks. They would be a perfect addition!

Technically it is Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Française, not to be confused with Société Nationale de Chemins de fer Belges / Nationale Maatschappij der Belgische Spoorwegen.

0:29 I'm from Russia. I'm sitting in a train station in Moscow and I hear this sound. You can get such a thrill when you hear the number of your train.(I wrote in English because not everyone knows Russian)
1:10 Is used for the announcements The Sydney trains network, while in Canberra it is used for voice announcements, And trains in Melbourne are starting to use that for announcements On the new Siemens trains
JR East Actually, there isn't just one station melodic jingle, there are many, even the Tohoku, Niigata, Aomori, Sendai, Tokyo areas have their respective station melodic jingles.

It’s interesting that the NS jingle can also be heard on Jakarta’s brand new light rail, LRT Jabodebek. I bet there are some Dutchies or former NS staff who contributed to the LRT project 🤔
The old ÖBB jingle is also used on some BDZ (Bulgarian State Railways) trains, for some reason. I honestly speculate that it's what came programmed into the trains and they just didn't change it.
