Shadow Boxing is most important training for Boxing and most difficult training too. Including professional boxer everyone tend to do work and rest, work and rest Shadow Boxing, that's not good. Punch and move, punch and move is the basic, not Punch and rest, panch and rest, that's big difference but looks almost same. Next one is get the leg which go forward while Punch through Shadow Boxing. Because of that's the most difficult thing to do for everyone Including professional boxer with Boxing, and that's the best way to control the fight too. Step back and move side, that's very easy ,everyone can do it without practice and that doesn't work for controlling the fight not at all either, and imagine opponent's punch and dodge it, that's not good, because of even when we dodge the punch we have to be 1st not 2nd, make target and take it off ourselves that's the way to dodge the punch, anyway keep working leg 3M straight, never stop moving leg. While saying shu shu, throughing punch is important too. That would be the rhythm of the attack at the same time that's the rhythm of breath out, not rhythm of breath in, we can do breath in without knowing it, but we sometimes forget to breath out, get the punch when we do breath in, that's it. But get the punch when we do breath out, no problem. And one more thing when we through punch, try to through 3 or 4 punches combination with body shots, we tend to through just one or two punch without knowing it. Sparring is easy to get bad habits without knowing it.
