我13年在羅馬就差點上不到船,回程的火車是站站停,預了兩個小時都不夠,用了10分鐘跑回碼頭剩下5分鐘怎麼夠時間上到隻船就在這時候救星出現船長派了旅遊巴接我哋❤郵輪馬上開船!驚險的一幕一生難忘😅😅 thank you God🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🚢Holland America Line 上船後要聽教訓保證冇下次仲要書面道歉,環球之旅接近三個月時間當時才過一半😢😢之後就好小心了❣️🇨🇦🇨🇦
We almost missed the ship because the port is in a different time zone (an hour ahead) than the previous port, and we didn't pick up on it the entire time. Good thing we came back 'an hour early' and just made it.
Long time ago, met a women in Italy, Venice. She broke her ankle and was unable to catch early transport back to her ship. She contacted the cruise company -telling them she would try her best to be on ship with other's help. ( I forgot cruise company name). Captain was also kind to wait for her.
OMG. Big question mark of Norwegian's decision. So captain received message that 9 passengers would coming back late for 1 hr, but captain decide to leave without them?
NCL isn't a good cruise line. The quality of food is bad, they charge everything on board. They gave you some free minutes on wifi, but it went out so fast. Due to poor connections, time clocks went on fast. You have to pay more minutes almost every day. NCL skips one port, due to a windstorm, but no compensation or issues a voucher to the passenger. I won't go back to this cruise line after this terrible incident.
Dr. Cruise, well narrated, The captain of NCL Dawn was very mean,. I have been on cruises, captains waited up to a few hours. , when there were a few late passengers. Those people were already at the side of the ship. Not difficult to let them on , where Pilots board. An hour is easy to catch up, most passenger do not mind., so mean not to let them board. On this note, I will not cruise with NCL again. I have cruised NCL for more than 10 times. Bad publicity. On this anti publicity , they may go into liquidation!!!!!
