In orders to check-in into any rooms with either Theme Park View or Mountain View, u needs to book the Superior Deluxe rooms, Triple rooms or the World Club Room at FWH 😂. Otherwise the normal Deluxe room will be a room to room window View. Some guests to the Y5 Deluxe room at Towers 3 too. Previously all the rooms willing be given 2 bottles of water , a pack or tissues n toiletries items. But now u are only given a pack of tissue paper 😂. There are kettles available at the Deluxe room and Y5 rooms too where u can boil ur own 😂. Those budget rooms need to refill it at the corridor located outside the room 😂. Only World Club Room at the FWH provides mostly all of the items u saw earlier at the Highlands Hotel . Even the coffee making machine also available in the room too. World Club Room only available at Tower 1 n Tower 2.
There are always Genting staff around at the machines to serve any customers who needs help or are not sure how to use it. 😂. U can also queue up at counter 13 if u want further assistance or make certain request for the room e.g high or low floor, facing which views or even request for early check in too. However, u need to pay around RM15 for the request. The queue at counter usually are very long and sometimes it can take more than 1 hour in order before it reaches u turn. Hence, many customers would prefer to use the machine for the check in instead 😂
@@JoeanTravell3r Then you used Silver card to scan deduct money inside or points ? The scan entry got logo shown T&Go, Gold card and silver card. I taught silver card got free parking.
Once you arrive at the Bus station then go up to the Ground floor where u can see the Skytropolis Theme Park. On your left after the escalators u will see the Din Tai Fong n Grandma restaurants n walk along that lane . U should be able to see the signboards showing you the way to the Resort Hotel. U will be able to see lots of restaurants on both left n right side along the way meaning you are at the correct way. 😂 . Anyway, no worries cos there are plenty of signboards all around n u can never get lost 😂
