So sorry, I don't have airfryer, so i haven't tried before, but I think it will still work well if the temperature is right. I heard that airfryer seems to have high heat force, if so recommend to reduce temperature by 10c and keep an eye which baking

No, please don't, I have tested before, using blender is harder to blend finely without adding water. Once adding water, it blend till too fine and the moisture within cassava is too much, will make the kuih too soft and sticky after baked
Custard powder is optional just to give yellow color, can directly skip it if don't have. Don't add corn flour that serve no purpose for yellow ya. Yes, as mentioned in video, I too, am using box type coconut milk.
Hi Wendy, our measurements here in Canada are just cups, tablespoons and teaspoons. Do you mind sharing your recipe in this format? I googled the conversion but it is in decimal points before 1 cup. Our measuring cups are 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and 1 cup. Please help.
The measurement in cup are not as accurate ya?as I tried to measure before using cup and weigh them, each time the weight result came out differently. Hope you can invest in a simple kitchen scale, really help to measure accurately which is crucial for baking
