我們台灣桑葚樹品種不一樣 像樹一樣高， 連續做了3年桑葚 鄰居家種的，是用電鍋蒸熟 不加一滴水 再加冰糖當零食吃， 酸甜適中還真的蠻好吃的。 今天剛好做了洛神花蜜餞 做6斤 原來這麼簡單第一次做得非常成功 ， 比桑椹還要好吃， 當零食吃比外面市售更好吃。

We had a mulberry tree since I was a baby. Last year (30 years later) the city came and cut it down. We ate straight from the tree. I made tea with the tea leaves. Myself and my children climbed up that tree. Alot of great memories 🌳

This reminds me of my childhood, my grandmother, ( nanny) had a mulberry tree hanging over her garden and she used to make Mulberry and Apple Crumble and Mulberry Jam. I'm going back 45 yrs ago now. Miss those days.

我前幾天才做桑椹果醬 將桑椹洗淨，然後放入鍋中加冰糖一起熬煮。不必煮到桑椹全爛，帶有顆粒口感比較好。待熬煮後的桑椹醬冷卻後裝入玻璃瓶，放冰箱冷藏。加鮮奶或豆漿一起喝，非常好喝喔！

This brings back good memories. We have them at our backyard when i was younger in the village. We rarely had the chance to eat the black ripe ones tho as the birds got to them first. Well red ones are abit sour but still nice.

I live in North Florida and have a few Mulberry trees in my yard, each year I make Jam, Jelly, Pies from the fruit, I would like to make some homemade wine but haven't tried that as of yet, maybe next year I will do a batch. Was so excited to see you picking an using the Mulberries, do you ever use the leaves? I have read you can make tea from them but, I haven't tried this. I love your channel, I myself could be considered a wild girl, lol well, in a sense, I grow my own food, and can vegetables and meat, we live in a small town out in the country. Peace an love from Florida.

桑椹一定要清洗乾淨，準備曬乾的也要洗過，用地瓜粉或木薯粉可以洗非常乾淨。 你用鹽去泡，錯了，那樣會有滲透壓把桑椹汁擠出來。
