嶽麓山位於長沙的市中心，是許多遊客們打卡的風景名勝。但在同樣一座山的背面，有一群年輕人在近十年悄然住了進來。和遊人如織的景區不同，這些年輕人多半做着相對時間自由的工作，在山裡比鄰而居，閒時看山、喝茶、聚會，而且市中心的「山景房」，往往只要幾百元的月租。2020年初，90後的賈瑞峰和發小賈遙，租下了山間一個五百多平米的破敗院子「老房子」。為了節約成本，兩人一手一足自己上陣改造。如今，這裡不僅是兩人理想中的工作室，也成為嶽麓山山居青年們的一個據點。
Yuelu Mountain, a renowned tourist attraction, is located in the center of Changsha. At the back of the mountain, a group of young people began moving in over the recent decade. Away from the hustle and bustle of the scenic spot, the young people have flexible working schedules and live close to each other. Paying a rent of less than 1,000 yuan a month, they enjoy mountain views, drink tea and get together at leisure. In early 2020, Jia Ruifeng and Jia Yao, both born in the 1990s, rented an old house with a yard as big as 500 m2. In order to save money, they renovated the house by themselves. Now, it has become an ideal studio for them and a base for the young people living in the mountain.
