This time we went to the northern part of the Haute-Savoie department in the French Alps, around Lake Geneva.
Unusually, there was not much snow, which was disappointing, but there were other ways to enjoy the area besides skiing. Visit Swiss thermal spas and lakeside villages, or relax in front of a fireplace.
