never ever ring your bell to demand the right of way and overtake,... proper of overtaking is check back, check for incoming, if both is cleared and safe and path wide enough to overtake...
c'mon, 1. More should be for pedestrians, who need to know how the roads work and move away from dangers. 2. Ring the bell?? tell the pedestrian don't use a hearing aid (aka earpod), if not, you u can ring until your bells fall off they won't' hear. 3. 脚踏车考驾照理论课?? Should be taught at primary, secondary, junior high, and university levels. 4. Please don't punish us good riders because some idiotic riders are causing us problems!
You, cyclists when you are on the road and vehicles honk you to notify you that they want overtake, you all can take it not. later kena honk, then yall show all the MF and all uh. is the same when you spam your bell at the pedestrians.... yes even drivers with license still break the traffic law but it come with a penalty and price to pay, worse suspension. But cyclists use the road and break all the traffic laws, totally nothing happen to them. Till one day, get involve with and accident and blame the driver when in the wrong or worse still cause an accident to other road users and then cycle off like nothing happen....
there is a difference, the pedestrian can siam easily, most of the time the car honk is not to say overtake but want you to disappear. I mostly kanna honk just because they want turn left on a straight-left road, even when there are cars on the right.
