(Jingle bells, thé lord bless you and Keep you..
This is my father Wen-Cheng Liu's favorite song. He was singing as a tenor NTU Alumni Choir in his 80's until he died. He was a graduate of NTU majoring in Chemical Engineering. He has musical talent and used to be the piano accompanist for NTU Choir. He is a wonderful father to me. He died on 6/28/2017 at age of 87. Rest in Peace and Sing always in Heaven, Father!
We are sad not for President Lee but for us people losing a good friend and a wise mentor who always guided history a right direction. Now President Lee is in a better place without pain and illness to trouble him but enjoys God and the Christ. His leadership and wisdom will be well missed by all humans who love freedom and advocate well-being of the generations to come, not only in Taiwan but in the whole world. It is time for us continue to hold his torch and to move his great mission forward. Long live freedom!
Do not stand at my grave and weep,I am not there; I do not sleep.I am a thousand winds that blow,I am the diamond glints on snow,I am the sunlight on ripened grain,I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hushI am the swift uplifting rushOf quiet birds in circled flight.I am the soft stars that shine at night.Do not stand at my grave and cry,I am not there; I did not die.
Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep.
"As A Thousand Winds (Sen no Kaze ni Natte)" (Lyrics, translation in English) Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep. I am in... a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. I am in the morning hush, I am in the graceful rush Of beautiful birds in circling flight, I am the starshine of the night. I am in the flowers that bloom, I am in a quiet room. I am in the birds that sing, I am in each lovely thing. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there. I did not die.
Do not stand By my grave, and weep. I am not there, I do not sleep- I am the thousand winds that blow I am the diamond glints on snow I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle, autumn rain. As you awake with morning’s hush, I am the swift, up-flinging rush Of quiet birds in circling flight, I am the day transcending night. Do not stand By my grave, and cry- I am not there, I did not die.
