Thx for the caption, greatly appreciated 👍 I miss their flagship store at Chalmers.The cafe at Times Square has deteriorated. Food is terrible, service not bad, they have steady waiting staff, don't see significant staff turnover .
I would prefer a HK style cafe, that's their specialty.I hope they have qualified chef for the new format. I remembered their stir fried etc not that good. The bbq chicken(炸子雞) I had was dry, tough like leather. That's the old days when they're operating as a cafe. Now with that kinda price they are charging, I would expect "real" restaurant chef. Not one operating behind the sandwich/bake pork chop spaghetti counter lol
