雞肉 2磅
蒜頭 4顆, 約10克
乾蔥 (小紅蔥) 7顆, 約20克
石栗 5顆
香菜籽 8克
胡椒粉 2克
椰漿 100毫升
鹽 6克
冰糖水 80毫升(40克冰糖融化於水,可以用40克砂糖代替)
甜葉菊 1克

【English Recipe】
Chicken floss is a popular dish, but you may not have had this one before!
The chicken floss that Grandma Chan shared this time is actually the filling of Lemper Ayam (Indonesian steamed glutinous rice with chicken floss)!
It's added with homemade chicken stock, which makes it extra fragrant.
With natural seasonings, coconut cream, and rock sugar water, you and your family can enjoy the sweetness without the worry of additives.
Ingredients:
Boneless skinless chicken breast 2lbs
Garlic 4 cloves, approx. 10g
Shallots 7 heads, approx. 20g
Kemiri (Candlenut) 5 pieces
Coriander seeds 8g
Pepper 2g
Coconut cream 100ml
Salt 6g
Rock sugar water 80ml (40g rock sugar melted in water, can be replaced with sugar)
Stevia 1g
Homemade chicken stock 150ml
