if you cook, you don't need subtitles. you understand what's happening and how to do it. it's just fun seeing new combinations of known foods and new techniques . Great Videos!!
I really hope I'm not the only one who gets almost everything going on in her videos without even knowing a lick of Mandarin. We have 5 senses and my eyes can do a pretty fine job of recognizing the ingredients and cooking method.
satoshiketchump I agree for the most part. Sometimes though, when it truly matters like baking or dough formation, I’d like confirmation if that white, silky powder is potato starch, corn starch, tapioca or something else. In some of her videos with English subtitles I did get an ingredient completely wrong. Otherwise, it’s easy enough to estimate measurements and identify ingredients as she cooks. She is an incredible master of dough!
Plz do English subtitles. I really like your videos they're easy and traditional but I sometimes don't understand what ingredients you're using. I want to make every recipe of food.
Анастасия Аммосова I hope this help: 3 scoop of flour Add cold water little by little Let it sleep Add some flour after sleeping so it won't stick Roll it to make it as thin as possible Fold it in half and fold it again Cut it in rectangular size Then cut some tomatoes and green onions Then sprinkle some salt into it Stir it Squeeze the tomatoes and get rid on water inside Add some fried egg Add tomatoes and greens onions And add some pepper and salt Stir well And used the rectangular stuff and add these stuff and make them into dumplings and follow what ever stuff she did
