Take into the consideration when choosing a condo in Desa Parkcity: 1. Lower density condo, NorthShore, One Central Park of Breezeway. 2. Choose higher floors unit, can be quite noisy at lower floors especially those facing the road. 3. Speaking of noise, try avoid units facing Arkadia, noise pollution from some of the pubs or when there’s event held at the Arkadia open air car park. 4. If you’re considering landed house, do take a look at “The Mansion”. 5. No rush in buying, rent first then decide. The property price appreciation is not as crazy as in other top tier countries.
@@jackeylin2539 hello, my view of whether a property is “worth” buying very much depends on individual expectations. I.e. if you’re looking for making it your home, then yes (based on the environment, quality in DPC, etc). If you’re looking from the perspective as investment, my personal view is there are many ways to make similar ROI (or higher), but just to be clear that in general Desa Parkcity’s properties returns have been fairly good, so you won’t really lost money, but as mentioned, there are other ways to get higher returns in other type of investments. Having say that, if you’re staying for the coming few years, and decide to sell it few years down the road, no harm, give it a shot! (Taking into consideration that you’re not committed to too much of banking loan). Just my 2 cents, hope that helps.
@@A-Nomad-Life 欢迎到來! 这里介绍妳去邻近社区八打灵市的好几家大型购物商场逛逛 :- 1) One Utama Shopping Center 2) Starling Mall 3) The Curve 4) IPC / IKEA 5) Tropicana Garden Mall 6) Paradigm Mall Ps: The above Shopping Centres are just 10~15 minutes drive away in nearby neighbourhood “City of Petaling Jaya”
Desa park is probly the best residential housing with beautiful environment. As this is an upmarket area for the affluent, the prices of F& b is slightly higher than other areas. However, the adjoining medium cost neighbourhood like Kepong , Sri Aman, manjalala etc have plenty of commercial shop lots well known for varieties of Chinese restaurant at reasonable prices. So you have the best of both worlds.
Penang is so boring. KL is a big city with much lower cost compared to London and New York. Shanghainese who lived in nyc And London before won’t love Penang
Welcome to Malaysia. If not too late, maybe you should check out Penang as well before deciding to settle in KL. Penang has been ranked as the third-best island in the world to retire in ...
I have been living in Malaysia for five years, then I migrated to Canada for several years, and now I will return to Malaysia to retire. In my opinion, if you just want to live without working then KL might not be a good choice. Penang is the better one.
Desapark City to me is the best neighbourhood to live in because the entire neighborhood is lined with trees and 10 foot walkways. Especially so for an East Asian expat. Close by, you have an established Chinese neighbourhood called Kepong with one of the largest wet market and plenty of Chinese, Japanese, Korean etc restaurants to choose from. It's also only just 8km away from IKEA and the Curve in Mutiara Damansara and 1Utama, one of Malaysia's largest shopping malls.
KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 17): Desa ParkCity has emerged the inaugural winner of Malaysia's Most Outstanding Sustainable Township Award as well as the Green Development Award at the recent Malaysia Urban Planning Awards 2023 (MUPA 2023) organised by the Town and Planning Department (PLANMalaysia). 离 DPC gatehouse 5 分钟 (by car) 就是 Manjarela 市,美食城 + Lotus hypermarket for grocery shopping .15 minutes drive to 1Utama shopping mall 您的选择是对的! Indeed, Mont Kiara is packed and too 高档,没卖肉骨茶🤣 。
