@@mamaharumi I disagree. I think every opening songs fit the series well. Fruits Baskets has many emotions. It's reasonable that they use different kind of songs for all the openings. I do love this song but other songs are great too.

My favorites are this one and Lucky Ending (the season 1 ending song)

In May there were rocket attacks on Kyiv almost every night. We don't sleep well. And in the morning we need to go to the offices. And continue to live. And so every day. What changed? We began to love and appreciate life even more than before. And even less afraid of death. It seems that these are opposite words, but, in fact, they are about the same thing. To love life is not to cling to it. To love life is to drink it like good expensive wine, savoring its taste, enjoying every sip. I come to Kyiv to the office from the suburbs from a beautiful village in the morning 1.5 hours earlier. And if beforehand I went to work and could sort out the documents and drink tea, now I want to have time to see my beloved Kyiv. Beautiful. Flowering. Green. During these 2 months, chestnuts, white acacia, lilac, tea rose, linden blossomed in it. I do not reach the office in 10 minutes, arriving in the city, as before, I walk in comfortable shoes along the hills of Pechersk immersed in greenery, stop near what is beautiful, and breathe in the scent of tea rose, lilac or white acacia ... I touch their flowers and leaves. And I understand that this is important in life. We seem to be in a hurry to have time to live, to enjoy life. Because every morning can be the last. And we are even less afraid of death. We are tired of being afraid of it every hour, every minute.We have become free from fear. During missile attacks, we can go down to the basement, only when hypersonic ones are flying (the flight time to Kyiv is 5-6 minutes). They are hard to knock down.We don't even react to the rest. We began to think quickly, make decisions quickly.We have learned to share easily: clothes, toys, children's books, money... Children are also taught to do the same: there are those who find it difficult now, can you single out a toy that you can give to a child who has not even had a home for more than a few days? Now we easily think: I have 3 sweaters, without 1 of them I will definitely manage, I will give the one that is newer - it’s not clever to take off the old one. And most of all, we feel sorry for those places, houses that were lost in the war, there were old family photographs that we could not take from there But we know that no one will take away our memories from those photos.
