Plot: It’s Halloween, that time of the year when something strange takes place. There is an eerie atmosphere at Tokyo DisneySea, as the Halloween Party is under way led by the Disney Villains. Away from the spotlight for so long, the villains are eager to use this occasion to impress everyone with a performance of their powers. To make the party even more surprising, the villains have sent individual invitations to Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and the other Disney friends. As a sign of respect for their hosts, Mickey Mouse and his Disney friends decide to attend the party in costumes themed to the Disney Villains.
