專訪剪輯大師雪美蓮：剪輯與詩歌、音樂、哲學都有關係，你要識得培養自己 Interview with Mary Stephen 

雪美蓮 Mary Stephen，剪輯師、導演，2016年成為奧斯卡影藝學院會員。她是法國新浪潮導演伊力盧馬（Éric Rohmer）的御用剪輯及配樂師。她憑《明月幾時有》（2017）入圍 #台灣金馬獎 最佳剪輯；另一作品《歸途列車》（2009）入圍美國 Cinema Eye Honors Awards 傑出剪輯成就獎。
Mary Stephen 出生於香港，隨家人移居加拿大後開始涉獵電影創作，1976年赴法於巴黎第三大學學習電影。她曾剪輯多部內地和香港的紀錄片，包括李楊的《盲山》（2007）、范立欣的《歸途列車》（2009）、曾翠珊的《河上變村》（2014）。
Mary Stephen works as an editor and director. She is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences since 2016. She was an editor and co-composer for the French New Wave director Éric Rohmer. She was nominated for Golden Horse Film Festival’s Best Film Editing for her work in Our Time Will Come (2017) and Outstanding Achievement in Editing at Cinema Eye Honors Awards in US for her work in Last Train Home (2009).
Mary Stephen’s recent editing documentaries include Two on the Road (2016), A Young Patriot (2015), China Me (2014). She has worked as editor on numerous mainland Chinese and Hong Kong productions, including Li Yang’s Blind Mountain (2007), Fan Lixin’s documentary Last Train Home (2009) and Jessey Tsang’s documentary Flowing Stories (2014).
