@@cptforce4541 I have the monitor, it is good for HDR, but there are still hints of blooming in video like Christmas Lights. Black (and contrast) is really nice with local dimming, not so without (just like any other IPS), even beat my VA panel in SDR content. Gets really bright as well, calibrated my peak brightness at 1170 nits with Windows HDR Calibration Tool, seeing bright HDR content in a dimly-lit room is a blinder ;). Some nitpicks I have with the monitor are: -OSD for Picture Settings got greyed out as soon as you turned on HDR, so you can't really adjust RGB, Temperature, Brightness, Contrast, etc in HDR mode without workarounds (like using Control My Monitor). -This also affects Overdrive setting, since it resides inside the Picture Settings tab. The overdrive setting in HDR is set to "Standard", even if you set it to something else in SDR, like "Fastest", it will always default to "Standard" as soon as you toggled the switch. Thankfully response time is not bad for "Standard" OD so I can get by using HDR for non-competitive games; no ghosting, smearing, etc. -So to get around the problem with the Overdrive, set the HDR to auto instead of ON. Let's say I want to play something fast-paced, like Counter Strike, I would turn off the HDR in Windows and with the HDR set to auto, the Overdrive setting is now set to what I used for SDR content, in this case, "Fastest". This does not happen if you set the HDR to ON, even if you turn off HDR in Windows, the Overdrive setting will still be stuck in "Standard".
