This is a beautiful machine. I love the tandem booms and the crawler counter weights. I only wish the video resolution was higher. It is a shame to go cheap on video when the machine is so expensive.
Wow! A very very very very rare crane there, and even the counter weight carrier has a cabin so I guess is powered!! Mad! Those converter tube things sure weigh a lot.
i've been involve in logistic supply and management for 10yrs..and I'm still hungry for this kind of tough job..I think u know better instead I'm still young and a lot of things waiting in the future..
+William B Yeah takes a lot of balls to use a piece of equipment that was thrown together by some chinaman making 3 dollars a day to weld something as important as a power boom and lift shit made by other countries that know WTF their doing.
+A-nol LowLifeStyle , I will agree with you now that I reflect back to my more spirited and adventurous early 20's, I have operated heavy lift Front forked lifting Furikawa's on the edges of high and steep railway line embankments with its cinder soft surfaces that begin some 2 feet from the sleeper edges. Also did a 7 month term in Vietnam, so I guess I had a potent set of balls in them there younger days. But now at 67 years on this planet the only gut-rumbling behaviour left of my younger years and that then testosterone non-fearing ball bag, is passing cars on a narrow dual highway often touching upon 190 KPH. Go get 'em while you can A-nol LowlLifeStyle.
Can someone please tell me what that was being lifted & it's use? Also by looking at the last few frames it seems there are two more "pads" in that area.
Yes, Gao Kun, it looks as though it might be the Fractionating Column of a 'Catalytic Cracker' used for splitting crude oil into useful components, like petrol and diesel etc at an oil refinery!
I would say it is a vacuum distillation tower. Takes heavier crude fractions and boils them at high temperatures and low pressures to increase lighter yields from crude. Since it operated at near perfect vacuum the structural integrity is so robust it takes a huge machine to lift it.
C'mon Gregg, how many women do you know that would leap into the driving chair of one of these big lifting mothers? I take my hat off to them for being so capably calm. Also that is the reason there are so many female operated heavy lifting cranes and their numbers are somehow increasing. I have stood in front of bastards pointing guns at me when I was a repossession man in my younger days and let me say I'd rather look down the noisy end then talk down the holder of that gun, in preference to being a monster Crane operator, thank you very much!
拿数据打脸比嘴炮好玩多了 enr.construction.com/products/equipment/2012/extras/0925/slideshow.asp?slide=2 看这个超级起重机排名,前两位都不是履带式哦,第三名是大陆三一重工的3600吨,你往后翻三一这台的详细注释就会看到英文是“it is currently the world's largest crawler crane.” 然后上面视频里徐工集团的4000吨超过三一集团的自然就是世界最大能级的履带式起重机咯
lifescience2050 well, I'm afraid that we cannot say so. Even though US failed twice, they have succeeded more times and their technology is still better than us.
