大家好 我是阿鸿 这一期和大家分享这一道我自己很喜欢吃的印度豆饼
我做了几次才成功 其实做法不难 只是要注意一些细节 希望大家会喜欢
材料 :
印度白豆180克
蒜头 3粒
干辣椒 1 条
孜然和香菜籽 少许
其他材料:
咖喱叶 姜末
葱末 葱花 香菜
调味: 盐
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Chana Dal 180g, wash and soak in water for 3hrs till soft. Drain and set aside
2. Garlic 3 cloves
3. Dried chilli 1pc, soak in water till soft
4. Coriander seeds little
5. Fennel seeds little
6. Red onion half pc, chopped
7. Ginger small piece, minced
8. Green chilli 1pc, julienne
9. Curry leaves, chopped
10. Green spring onion, diced
Method
1. Pound the coriander and funnel seeds. Set aside
2. Blend together the chana dal, garlic, dried chilli, coriander and funnel seeds, 1tsp salt till fine and sticky
3. Transfer to a container and add red onion, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and spring onion. Mix well and knead into round shape for each piece
4. Heat up oil to 160deg, lightly press each piece of vadai before deep fry. Turn to medium low heat and fry till golden brown. Add curry leaves just before it’s ready.
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
