材料 :
大虾 10-12只
咖喱叶
小辣椒
黄油
香油
麦片调味:
香茅 麦片15汤匙 咖喱粉 黄姜粉 白糖2汤匙 盐少许
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Prawns 10-12pcs, trimmed
2. Cereal 15tbsp
3. Curry powder 1tbsp
4. Turmeric powder little
5. Salt little
6. Sugar 2tbsp
7. Lemongrass small piece, minced
8. Curry leaves few stalks
9. Chilli padi 2pcs, diced
10. Butter 1tbsp
11. Fragrant oil little
Method
1. Combine and mix ingredients 2-7 in a bowl
2. Combine ingredients 8&9 in a bowl
3. Heat wok with more oil.
4. Lightly coat the prawns with tapioca flour and deep fry the prawns. Drain and set aside. Filter the oil and turn to high heat. Then re-fry the prawns till crispy, ~15-20sec. Set aside.
5. Melt butter in the wok under low heat and add little fragrant oil and mix. Add in curry leaves and chilli padi and stir fry till fragrant.
6. Off heat and add in the cereal mixture. Stir continuously till cereal turns golden and crispy.
7. Add in the prawns and mix evenly.
8. Serve and enjoy! 💕
