我在你左右 - 负心的人插曲 I'm Beside you - reloaded. This is the best song from the movie and I'm saving the best for last. The first time I uploaded this, it was in my canaanoptical channel. I'm "reloading" this here so that the songs here will be a complete soundtrack set of the movie.
This is the 2nd song in the movie. The titular character - the man with the jilting heart, is with his family when an old friend drops in and tells him that our heroine is here and wants to meet him, same time, same place. 子强 Zi Qiang returns to the familiar place and this is the flashback where he is in love with 玉芬our heroine. Then he comes back to the present where he is presented with a "new" son by our heroine.... in another sequence and another song "Reunion" 重相逢

這個「負心的人」電影原聲帶的「我在你左右」不是湯蘭花唱的，而是美黛為歌唱比賽冠軍出身的湯蘭花幕後代唱的，更正確的說法可能是導演拿美黛早已暢銷的唱片版播放讓湯蘭花對嘴演出，不是美黛為電影特別重新灌唱的版本。湯蘭花後來也灌唱了自己版本的「我在你左右」，但沒有用在「負心的人」電影上。

@@feichoi001 湯蘭花後來有灌錄她自己版本的「我在你左右」，但是當時「負心的人」導演卻直接拿美黛早已暢銷多年的唱片版給歌唱比賽冠軍出身的湯蘭花對嘴，用在電影上。不過這位導演有這樣便宜行事的習慣，在湯蘭花主演的另一部電影裏，他用姚蘇蓉的歌聲為湯蘭花幕後代唱，又用崔苔菁的歌聲為湯蘭花同一部電影代唱！

Thank you, Kishor Kokje. Yes, she is an ethnic lady from the Hill Tribes of Taiwan. When she sang and acted in this movie, she took the Chinese entertainment industry by storm. The songs could be heard on the radio, in homes and public places everywhere. Her face became instantly recognizable overnight. That was a long time ago when I was a child.

I'm not surprised. I do remember that Ms Tang also starred in other films featuring songs of Korean and Japanese origin. In the pop music scene then, Chen Fen Lan and other singers would also cover songs from these and other countries.

Hi, Abgzaini Abgdris, thank you for your comment. I remember the movie because all my neighbours were talking about it. I did not watch it then as I was too young and had no money. Years later, I bought the Video disc and uploaded it on RU-vid. I still have the disc now.

Peter Yang Kwan, also known as Yang Qun, is quite elderly. He was born on September 25, 1935 (age 84 years), in Harbin, China. Tang Lanhua (Yulunana Tanivu) was born in 1951 The song is evergreen. Thank you, Dr Chai. Sorry for the late response. I've been away from RU-vid for some time.

@JIANGTG 《我在你左右》had been my favourite song since I was small. I could sing it from beginning to end without knowing what it meant. It was only when I grew up that I fully appreciated its meaningful lyrics.
