Kale is generally better in a soup with potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, sausage and a bit of cheese or parmasan cheese powder. We usually eat it with a side of buttered toasted bun.
I like to make kale banana smoothie. Just kale (trim out the stem), banana and milk, ice. It's reeeaaalllyy good! You can also freeze the kale before hand. Kale is a great super food!!
