This song have helped me a lot 5-6 years ago. I feel so much bettter now. I can't say that things will get better for everyone, but this song certainly will always be there for us. I hope this song will help everyone else too!

@@eliamrodriguez9742 You dont need to be a native speaker for that. Im german, I had english classes for about 10 years now and reading that sentence was no problem at all. And before you come up with "well, 10 years is quite a lot of time to get good at english, obviously it shouldnt be a problem for you", just let me say that i had some people in my english class - the advanced english class - last year of highschool and they were still terrible at it, like when they read out their homework sometimes i literally couldnt even understand what they were trying to say. And i still dont think that even them would have any problem reading that sentence.

I'm pretty sure they used "futon" instead of "the futon" on purpose, considering that the rest of the translation is surprisingly good and they use "the" for everything else (the bathroom, the room, the cold world, etc.). Possibly in an attempt to make it feel closer or "personify" it, like "Noooo, Futon, don't leave me!!!!!1!"
when you say you want to get out of bed, you don't say, "I don't wanna get out of THE bed", you just say, "I don't wanna get out of bed". So him saying "I don't wanna get out of futon" is technically okay lol

I don’t know if this song was intended to do this, but it made me emotional to the point of nearly being in tears the first few times I listened to it. I probably have depression, that might have something to do with it. Either way, very impactful, 10/10 would listen and cry to again.
Just know you're not alone with that feeling. The first time I heard it and watched the video, by the end of the song I was sobbing. Stay strong. We can get through this as long as we just hang in there.

My too. I survive by having a fluffy robe + small blanket to wrap around me as I walk. My family litterly gave me the nickname "Penguin" for looking like a fluffy ball of blankets scuttling down the hallway. Lol So it too, spoke to me in a very special way. First Japanese band I found without having to watch anime. I love this song! It’s a banger with a taste of metal and a side of relatability. Legit I have a hard time getting out of bed. I feel like just crying to this song when I listen to it actually. I feel that the futon is a symbol of one's home, and everyone has to step out of his or her's comfort zone to embrace the outer world, no matter how cold is it. One day, when you are freezing and tired, you can always return back home finding a warm and comforting place for you to rest.

To be honest. This comforts me. The end telling you that when your day ends and when you feel tired, your futon or your bed is waiting for you. For me, that slows everything down a bit. Always think there isn’t enough time to do stuff I want to do (sleeping) but this fun song helps me. ☺️
