If u try BAH KUT TEH in Malaysia, it is totally different. The soup is made out from combination of herbs and it is dark in colour compared to Singapore. Not judging but they are like same food but different origin
Torres: usually foreigners don't like durian. It's just like me! Sometimes i will forget I'm one foreigner while I'm in Singapore! Haha This last '别' part really made my day.

Adam road hawker center is famous for their two nasi lemak stalls at the corner. Everything else is pretty substandard. I wouldn’t judge Singapore’s chicken rice based on that stall. Chicken rice is a Singaporean dish for sure. Malaysia’s chicken rice pales in comparison. For many other hawker dishes though, Malaysia is far ahead. Malaysia’s hawker game is much stronger than singapore.
You know Sg used to be part of Malaysia. I suggest you to visits Msia and try our chicken rice too. And lets compare their taste instead of debating where it come from. Peace 😊

it's cute that chicken rice is from singapore but their michelin star chicken rice, hawker chan, got the recipe from Ipoh Perak of Malaysia. Just saying~
