食谱(制作6寸蛋糕1个,8寸蛋糕可将材料翻倍)
抹茶奶油馅:
淡奶油 600g
抹茶粉 15g(选用品质好的,我用的叫宇治抹茶)
热水 45-50g
糖 10g
白巧克力 90g
抹茶可丽饼皮:
低筋面粉 80g
玉米淀粉 15g
抹茶粉 5g
鸡蛋2个,带壳60g一个
糖 30g
油 15g(玉米油,色拉油等,不可用橄榄油等味道重的油)
牛奶 250g
锅具:6寸可丽饼专用不粘锅。
组装:每层奶油35g,总共叠加18-20层饼即可,饼皮不一定用完。多的饼皮和夹馅可以做成毛巾卷哦~
Recipe(makes a 6 inch cake, double everything to make an 8 inch cake)
Cream Filling:
Heavy cream/whipping cream 600g
Matcha Powder 15g(Use high quality matcha power, yes, the most expensive one)
Hot water 45-50g
Sugar 10g
White chocolate chips 90g
Crepe:
Cake Flour 80g
Corn Starch 15g
Matcha Powder 5g
2 Eggs, 60g each with shell
Sugar 30g
Oil 15g(Corn oil or veg oil, do not use olive oil)
Milk 250g
Pan: 6 inch crepe pan.
Assembling: spread 35g cream for each layer. Use 18-20 crepes in total. You may make a roll with the extra crepes and cream.
