抹茶食品，可以話琳瑯滿目。
但用黎做布朗尼蛋糕又比較少，即使上網搵食譜都唔係每個啱心水。
所以我綜合左我搵到嘅食譜再調較一下份量，做個啱自己嘅，希望亦都啱你。
材料 Ingredients:
Part 1)
白朱古力 White Chocolate 120克(g)
無鹽牛油 Unsalted Butter 120克(g)

Part 2)
雞蛋 Egg 2隻
砂糖 Sugar 60克(g)
云呢嗱精油 Vanilla Extract 2克(g)

中筋麵粉 All Purpose Flour 80克(g)
抹茶粉 Matcha Powder 50克(g)

Are you sure 50g Matcha powder? Even I use 20g is still bitter. Very bitter

Hii, i tried mking this and this tasted really really good! But i wonder why mine was a bit cakey and not fudgy like yours. Can you tell me what could i possibly do wrong? Thanks :(

Sorry for lately reply. Happy New Year & take care. : ) Yes, Mine is a cakey type. So You did nothing wrong : D For fudgy type, the ingredient and oven setting is different. I might share in the coming videos.
