揣 To Bow Concept 

Chuai 揣 is a fundamental technique in Chinese wrestling and also in all other wrestling. Bowing is also a gesture of respect throughout the Far East, and master Yuan Zumou explains this technique just as "showing respect". Chuai and Wai are considered the grandfather and grandmother, mother and father of all wrestling. Chuai was the favorite technique of Zhou Shi Bin, my master's master. In a famous fight he was also able to do this technique against Chang Dong Sheng, the Iron Butterfly, who was of a higher weight category. In the Shuai Jiao regulation this technique must be performed perfectly, without falling with the partner. Even just placing one knee on the ground is penalized. Zhou performed it perfectly!

Chuai 揣 è una tecnica fondamentale nella lotta cinese e anche in tutte le altre lotte. Inchinarsi è inoltre un gesto di rispetto in tutto l'estremo oriente, ed il maestro Yuan Zumou spiega questa tecnica proprio come "mostrare rispetto". Chuai e Wai sono considerati il nonno e la nonna, madre e padre di tutta la Lotta tradizionale. Chuai era la tecnica preferita di Zhou Shi Bin, il maestro del mio maestro. In un famoso combattimento è stato anche in grado di eseguire questa tecnica contro Chang Dong Sheng, Farfalla di Ferro, che era di una categoria di peso superiore.
