It's honestly a surprise that he released another single right after the north america tour. Pledis took note that he's been getting lately a lot of attention. 2022 has been a crazy year for Jun. Four of the perf unit members also claim they are the most ambitious so I'm glad that Jun has the platform to show different side of his artistry. It's amazing how he started doing ballads and has 3, and now a total shift to dark pop.
actually huihuis never expected this from junhui, he was normally not confident enough to do something like this, of course he has alwas been an amazing performer, dancer and singer but this is so out of his comfort zone and he said it himself. this was a great challenge for him and he did beyond perfect! i believe only us huihuis who were there before face the sun know how much he has grown so we are all extremely proud of him for stepping out of his comfort zone and trying something like this :') in case you don’t know he was in a chinese show in 2018 called chao yin zhan ji and although it helped junhui a lot in terms of growth, it was a very difficult challenge for him, when i saw the show for the first time my admiration towards him grew immensely, he had always wanted to try so many things by himself and that show allowed him to do so but oh boy it was a challenge, junhui struggled so much during that show and it even looked like the odds were always against because something always happened to him🥲 just by remembering everything he went through during that time is hard, when i watched the mv of course like everone i felt attacked, but then i started immediately sobbing just thinking of how confident he is now with himself, this was huihuis dream for junhui PLEASE SUPPORT HIM A LOT HE DESERVES THE ENTIRE WORLD
actually i think the opposite... Junhui really have walked a long road to this... Like, the boy who was cast into the groups to be a lead dancer, almost no lines, almost no solo promotion for years, no solo variety shows for years, and yet he always showed how eager he was to show his talents. So the quiet/crazy boy finally took a chance and go to a show with his best, took a step out of his comfort zone LONG time ago when and he left his fellow member Minghao (the one that was always at his side and he thought he was holding him back) while letting him do the music he wanted to to... he said too many times that although he was a dancer he wanted to sing, he challenged it even with in mind that even on giving up the competition because his partner was not well he was still going to sing solo and for every stage he was trembling, and he did again and again, *then* finally his company started to give him proper space to showcase his talents, it was covers at first, solo lives, he was getting confident about his own person and then comes this song, so deeply yet so shyly... Now he's where he wanted to be since the beginning, his voice are being listen guys, his hard work are getting what he really deserves and this is the beginning.
As a Chinese carat i want to say that jun does have some other beautiful Chinese songs/covers. Most of them are included in JUN'S PLAYLIST which released by Pledis on his birthday this year. And to who is learning Chinese, hope one day you can get the meaning of “所爱隔山海，山海皆可平”, which quoted by 文俊辉 in a speech at a Music Awards. 爱你~😘
I'm not surprised. This is Jun. He is known for his crazy duality. But many fans don't know that cause Pledis did a great job in hidding this gem like boy. But Jun biases know this side of him.
yeah he change into completely different person when he's on stage maybe because he has that experience being on stage (acting career) i think it probably played a huge role in his duality onstage and real personality (especially when him being immersed into his character for the song they are performing)
Overall what I loved the most about this, is that Jun finally got confident enough to showcase all the talent he has. We huihuis always knew he was capable of doing anything, but omg this man just slapped his talent on my face in an incredible way. I can't wait for a live performance!

as someone who has jun as 1/4 of her ults of ults (the others being wonwoo, minghao, and mingyu) this literally dropped out of nowhere and i am SO GLAD hes gained the confidence to show this side of himself. the song is AMAZING. im so used to only ballads from him but this is way more my vibe - love how rock inspired it is. also so proud of him because he contributed in the writing and composition of the song (hes listed 1st for both)

this is very much expected but also unexpected of Jun. Jun has some of the best off-stage on-stage presence, just not in seventeen, but amongst a lot of idols. I feel like many introverted idols always do the most unexpected things which is very expecting of them if that makes sense! The video definitely did a great job of showing Jun’s performance presence and vocals very well. This song overall is a very good example to showcase Jun overall.

Hi girls, I just got back from Seventeen's concert on Saturday. And I'm dealing with post concert depression right now😭. I don't know how to move on and will I ever be moving on. Real but feels so unreal. I'm REALLY hoping they'll add Europe into their world tour. You HAVE TO see them in person and listen to their voice in real life. All of them are AMAZING. Since they didn't announce European tour dates I said f*ck it and decided to go see them live in Jakarta on the 24.09....let me tell you I still can't process that I saw jun performing LIMBO live🙃 KING! Best night of my life! They are amaaazing performers and entertainers 👌 and I still hope that they'll come to Europe early next year🙈
