私たちは好奇心を原動力に、主に「木」を扱い、形あるものを生み出しています。

［ 屋号「虹紙」の由来 ］
刃物の鋼で「青紙」「白紙」という種類があります。
手道具にも思い入れが強い私は、木工の道具である刃物にも魅せられて、
その言葉と出会いました。
何故かそれがとても響いて、ずっと気になっていたのですが、
自分の屋号を決める際に、それを引用し、
更に、いろいろなことに取り組みたい、取り入れたいという想いから、
「虹」を組み合わせました。
［事業内容］
オリジナル商品の製作、OEM製作の両方を手掛けています。
●OEM製作では様々なものを手掛けておりますが、中でも得意とする分野は、細かく精密なもの、
一筋縄ではいかない素材、異素材（例えば革、金属、人工大理石、エボナイト、木の枝、未乾燥材など）が絡むものなど、
同業が敬遠するような仕事を受けることが多いです。

#### Origin of the Name "Nijigami"
There are types of steel used in blades called "Aogami" (blue paper steel) and "Shirogami" (white paper steel). As someone with a strong attachment to hand tools, especially woodworking tools, I was fascinated by these terms. They resonated with me deeply and stayed on my mind. When deciding on a company name, I drew inspiration from these terms. Additionally, with a desire to undertake and incorporate various endeavors, I combined "Niji" (rainbow) into the name.
#### Business Activities
We handle both the production of original products and OEM manufacturing.
- **OEM Manufacturing**: We undertake a variety of projects, but we excel in producing intricate and precise items. We often take on challenging materials and mixed materials, such as leather, metal, artificial marble, ebonite, tree branches, and unseasoned wood-projects that many in the same industry tend to avoid.

今回は、日本の職人技とShopBotを使って、集塵機能を最大限に強化するためのカスタムスペーサーを製作しました。私たち木工職人が日々感じる「こうだったら良いのに」を形にした、手作り治具の製作過程をじっくりとご覧ください。ShopBotによる精密な加工技術で、集塵の効率を劇的に改善しました。特に長いビットを使う際に生じる問題点を解消し、細かい粉塵の飛散を防ぐ画期的な方法を紹介しています。
今回のプロジェクトでは、初めて写真をCADソフトに取り込みトレースする方法で図面を作成し、シナ合板を使用したスペーサーを作成。集塵性能を高めるアイデアとその実現プロセスを詳細にお見せします。

This time, we used Japanese craftsmanship and ShopBot to create custom spacers that significantly enhance dust collection capabilities. Watch closely as we take you through the process of crafting a handmade jig, born from the daily insights and "what if" moments we experience as woodworking artisans. With ShopBot's precise machining technology, we've dramatically improved dust collection efficiency. In particular, we address the challenges encountered when using long bits, introducing an innovative method to prevent the scattering of fine dust.
For this project, we used a technique of tracing photos into CAD software to create the design, and produced spacers made from birch plywood. We'll provide detailed insights into our ideas for improving dust collection and the process of making it a reality.
