I think it is a princess kimono thats featured in Kabuki Im not entirely sure just a speculation, the darari obi is worn only by young girls and her bright red kimono could indicate her high class status because in the edo period red was worn as "underwear" underneath the kimono but because it has flowers, gold etc it gives us a wealthy hint, the obi usually has clan symbols on it I think
