basically most characters in the backline have no influence on high level content and so even small passives that affect the frontline are good. Michael has a passive that is equivalent to a 3* Wilnas summon and also boosts magna, other options hardly directly impact damage and are more utility focused.

Its 4 aes. 24.7 x 4 = 98.8 with Mika adding 5.2 But to be honest before this Mugen is too good and round up no Mika 4 aes anyway. Mugen being 47 normal mod is too good

26% from aes and 30% from opus ulb, so its still 4 for 100% crit either way. manga crit options to get closer to 100% without exceeding isnt great ;P
