ショート効果は少々厄介ですが、40%のトリガーで超越ルシの自動クリアで回復。
水着ケルベロスやクリカインおりゃんから誘惑チェインにしました。
Short is a bit annoying but it gets cleared with 40% trigger thanks to Lv 250 Lucifer. I don't have S.Cerberus or X.Cain so Temptation key solves the mass dispel from 40%.
He's definitely worth the uncap and sunstone if that's what you are wondering. Not in the same level as Caim and Haaselina but very close. If you manual however he's in the same tier. He shines the most in manual comps after all.
Honestly only thing I'm disappointed in is that Flurry only last for 1 turn. I expected it to be 3-4 turns.

In my mind he would go in A tier with like Nier but for different reasons. Probably 3rd best uncap?

Top tier for Manual, down 1 grade for FA. Also depends on which content you are bringing him for. If you are aiming top 2k in GW or want to farm bars in Baha HL then he's a must. Can probably skip if you FA but then again he's also a good clutch backliner in many cases.
