So it talks about when you come to this world, or when you become mature, there are so many bad influences that can affect you. They could be materialism, violence, the overuse of technology, etc. You can consider the black ball in the MV as the bad influence. It makes you "blind", cannot see the world or the "future" of you. It's like when you are young or you just become mature, you don't have any dreams or directions, and you're vulnerable to the bad influence. The lyrics or the MV do not advise you to follow, or to avoid the bad influences, it just addresses the issue, and wanna ask when you come to the world, you wanna see and follow the sun, or the bad influence.
