Went to Chiang Mai, Thailand to chill balls for a few days, and I learned to make Pad Thai.
一人份量 For one person:
蝦5隻 - 5 prawns
金邊粉80克 - 80g of pad thai noodles
韮菜2條 - 2 garlic chives
青檸1個 - 1 lime
蒜1瓣 - 1 clove of garlic
雞蛋1只 - 1 egg
豆乾10塊 - 10 cubes of extra firm tofu
腰果碎1湯匙 - 1tbsp of crushed cashew nuts
蝦乾碎1湯匙 - 1tbsp of dried shrimps
菜脯粒1湯匙 - 1tbsp of sweet turnips
豆芽40克 - 40g of beansprouts
金邊粉醬汁 Pad Thai Sauce:
羅望子醬3湯匙 - 3tbsp of tamarind sauce
生抽2湯匙 - 2tbsp of light soy sauce
棕櫚糖3湯匙 - 3tbsp of palm sugar
青檸汁1湯匙 - 1tbsp fo lime juice
少量鹽 - pinch of salt
番茄醬1湯匙 - 1tbsp of ketchup
