I don't know why this was the last Inuyasha ending I've listened to out of all of them. This ending is so intense the entire time. My favorite part is at the very end when she says "eien ni" eternity for in other words for eternity. It's always kicks me in the chest dude.
I just started watching InuYasha in December 2023; I was told by a friend it was a classic. I expected very little, as I guess I had this notion that older anime might have more stiff characters and less meaningful progression. Those expectations were thrown out the window little by little in season 1 alone! Just now getting into season 2, and hearing this music with Sesshomaru in the outro was one moment that really made me understand what the path of the story really is, and I'm so excited. I'm deeply taken by the show now. I cannot wait to watch more!
Until now I still listen to this song 2 to 3 times a day since I found out about InuYasha series. And I love Sesshomaru so much, this song is for Sesshomaru!!!
I remember being 7 years old and waiting all weekend to watch just one episode on tv since it would only show one episode every Saturday midnight or 1am I can’t fully remember but I would fall asleep most the time and I would be upset that I missed the episode, I’m 27 now and I still love this song from so long ago, I’ll never stop loving this wonderful Inuyasha music/themes.
I heard this song as a high school student in ~2002 (thanks, Inuysasha!) TWENTY PLUS years later, I seriously think I am one of Do As Infinity’s biggest fans. I listen to their music every day and they’ve been with me through love, loss, marriage, graduations, long trips… I wish everyone could find music that can be their soundtrack. Best wishes out there. Or as they would say, “Do the best”
