謝謝你的留言,時間很快,費用就取決於那個會計怎麽收費,一般就是establish的費用還有每年ongoing的accounting成本,這些都可以扣稅。

A family trust and corporate trustee would cost around $1,500 to $2,000 plus GST to set up.

想問自住物業貸款過高,點解會影響投資物業貸款申請?如果自住物業有升值是否都可以透過Refinancing增加投資物業貸款申請? thanks

因為最終還是要回到你個人收入的問題。收入不夠,哪怕物業升值到1千萬,都不能做refinance了

稅制應該一樣的,只是對於某些州和購買人身份,就算以Airbnb形式出租,也有可能會涉及到空置稅。
