300ml Water 清水
1 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
±620g Nian Gao 年糕
200g Purple Sweet Potato 紫色番薯
200g Orange Sweet Potato 橙色番薯
Cooking Oil For Deep-frying 炸油适量
