It's not hard to make the filling for any kind of crepes; the hardest part is getting the heat right when you cook the batter. To ensure you are getting a thin layer, you have to make sure you are using a non-stick pan and that the pan is well heated. Once the pan is heated, you can turn the heat down to low temperature. Usually you would have to try 1-2 times before getting it right. Please try it out and have fun! =)

牛奶 250亳升
低筋麵粉 80克

蛋 2顆
溶化牛油 (黄油) 15克
淡忌廉(鮮奶油) 300克
糖 40克
