i think the MV is about she is actually a special agent. When it is her birthday she was hoping the boy she likes (the boy also likes her, I call him B) to bring a birthday cake and celebrate with her, but instead her boss bring a bomb that is to be made to her.. so she lied to B that she was not at home when B send her a message that he has arrived her home.
then the boy wanted to bring the birthday cake to her at another time, but somehow saw that she's making the bomb. He was so shocked. Then her boss appear and give her the order. Her boss knew that B is there so he shot B to keep the secret. Finally the girl bring the bomb to her home and activated it, but B appeared. she quickly drag him out of the door that's already shutting but there was a bigger explosion and killed the boy. The girl lost a hand too.
