Ingredients] (1 to 2 servings)
4 tomatoes (medium size)
160 g ground pork (or ground pork)
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
40 g bacon
A pinch of rosemary
1.5 tablespoons red wine
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
20 g butter
cheese to taste
salt
pepper
Recipe
1) Cut 1.5 cm from the top of the tomatoes and set aside with salt. Chop the pulp.
2) Finely chop onion, garlic, and bacon, and saute.
Add the chopped tomato pulp and saute until the water evaporates. Season with red wine and Worcestershire sauce.
4) Lightly fry the meat and when excess oil is released, combine with the pesto and stuff into the tomatoes. 5) Arrange in a heatproof container and add to the tomatoes.
(5) Arrange the tomatoes in a heatproof container and heat in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 15 minutes.
