Xiao Liu is getting more protective and authoritarian regarding the family. He’s obviously very ready to take over the reins for the family. He didn’t like Pops telling him, he’s wasting his money, and the phone was too expensive. Mom is very wise, schooling Pops about the situation. We are witnessing the evolution of Xiao Liu. He is becoming more and more of a patriarch every day ensuring everyones needs are met. Best of all is his absolute joy at becoming a proud , strong ,loving, son,husband and soon, a father. His mother understands what is taking place and explains to her husband that their son is now in a good position to provide and is taking on more responsibility for his family and that his father must try and accept it without too much concern.
Xiao Liu became emotional talking to his father about taking a leadership role in the family and it was beautiful to watch. His mom explained to his dad what it is about. As a parent myself, I understand watching your children grow up and become strong. Blessings to all.
@@sepadu He has a very stable job vlogging with his wife. He and Lawu have several sponsorship deals and they do lots of livestreams, for which they hare handsomely remunerated. They are as famous as Felista is in China - and Chinese social media platforms (especially Douyin) are on tenterhooks, awaiting the baby's arrival. There is a great deal we don't see about their lives because RU-vid does not exist in China.

This interaction between father and son is so sweet and realistic. I can put myself in the father's shoes because I always say similar things to my sons when they buy me things. My sons get worried whenever I question them for buying me expensive things. But they, like Lawu's husband mean good.
