Very sad to see her in this concert. Off key and no energy compare to the one years ago with her daughter on stage. All the divas today trying to get the last bit (Sally Yip, Sam Hui and others) leave a bitter taste in their fans mouth. I'll just keep the second to the last one CD and pretend that they never did the last one!
I think this segment was a tribute to her late husband Fu-sheng. The setlist didnt place this song well, as she performed 'Love is over' before which is a sentimental song for her. tbh this is pretty amazing for a 60 year old, she was on key for all i can hear, her technique is still intact and still very jenny . Compared to Sally Yip and Priscilla Chan (not even going to mention the new artist who are in their prime - incomparable to a powerhouse like Jenny) she is not breathless and gasping for air during a song. and her voice still sounds consistent during a concert.
Both of them are way off (Sally is worse)... just compare this to the last concert CD and you can feel that. Sam always writes better than sing. He can write for another 20 years and let the younger ones sings them.
Frank K I think Jenny singing is still superior to the entire industry today! Sam released a mess of an album in 2006, there were 2 good songs on there, then he started to rap.....
