How to make Dendrobium Yam and Qi Zi Lean Meat Soup at home?
Below I will teach you how to easily to make a healthy, and nutritious Dendrobium Yam and Qi Zi Lean Meat Soup at home which is helpful for stomach yin is insufficient, nourishes yin and promotes body fluid, and quenches thirst, clears heat, and nourishes
石斛淮山杞子瘦肉湯
功效:對胃陰不足有幫助,養陰生津、生津止渴、清熱養胃
石斛淮山杞子瘦肉湯
材料:
石斛20克
淮山70克
杞子25克
龍眼肉50克
芡實50克
陳皮2角
麥冬30克
蜜棗3粒
瘦肉300克
1. 肉眼洗淨 出水再洗淨備用
2. 陳皮洗淨浸軟去瓤洗淨備用
3. 其他材料洗淨浸15分鐘瀝乾備用
4. 蜜棗洗淨備用
5. 杞子洗淨浸15分鐘瀝乾備用
6. 將2公升水加入電煲湯煲 再加入所有材料 (除杞子外) 然後按煲湯制
7. 如果用明火煲 水滾後將所有材料加入(除杞子外)然後用大火煲30分鐘 再轉中細火煲1小時30分鐘
8. 電波自動排氣後 加入杞子 再煲10分鐘 (如果明火煲 1小時30分鐘後放入杞子再煲20分鐘)
9. 可加入少許鹽即成

Dendrobium Yam and Qi Zi Lean Meat Soup
Ingredients:
20g Dendrobiums
70g Dried Yams
25g Qi Zi
50g dried longan
50g Fox nut
2 corners of tangerine peel
30g Mai Dong
3 candied dates
300g of pork ribeye
1. Rinse pork ribeye, then put into the cold water and cook it for 3-5 minutes. Take it out and rinse it well then set aside for later use
2. Wash the dried tangerine peel, soak it to soften and remove the flesh for later use
3. Wash and soak other ingredients for 15 minutes, drain and set aside
4. Wash the candied dates and set aside
5. Wash the Qi Zi and soak for 15 minutes, drain and set aside
6. Add 2 liters of water to the soup pot and add all the ingredients (except Qi Zi) and press the soup button
7. If cooking over stove, add all the ingredients (except the Qi Zi) after the water boils, then cook on high heat for 30 minutes, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes
8. After the electric pot is automatically exhausted, add the Qi Zi and cook for another 10 minutes (if it is simmered on an open fire, 1 hour and 30 minutes later add the Qi Zi and cook for another 15 minutes)
9. Add a pinch of salt and serve
