Yong Chun Quan (咏春拳) is a concept-based Chinese martial art and form of self-defense utilising both striking and grappling while specializing in close range combat.
The original DVD has English sub, but generally speaking the Eng sub of this series is not very accurate. I am bilingual (Cantonese and English), I can tell you that the Cantonese version is the most accurate although there is still some slight difference in pronunciation probably due to local dialect variations therefore leading to variations in meaning, but this is minor.
