Colin Lee 我曾经在福州十二中烹饪专业班学了二年,后来去了华侨大厦实习。由于那时太年轻,不懂得珍惜,以至于错了很多学习的机会。那时候的潘老师,教了我们很多闽菜,虽然只是基础的,却也让我受益匪浅。我们现在还保持着联系。每一次回国,都会约他出来吃饭聊天。在这里不仅是福建人扣,其他省份的华人也一样,毕竟我们的钱都是辛苦干餐饮行业赚来的血汗钱。顺便说一句,沙县小吃其实一点都不好吃!
