黄面 大条或小条 150 克
包菜 适量
蒜头 1 粒
鱼饼 1小块
虾仁 3 只
猪油 和 猪油渣 适量
调味:
高汤 1 个饭碗分量 不够可以再加
黑酱油(晒油) 自己拿捏
糖 1/2 茶匙
蚝油 2 茶匙

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Yellow noodle 150g
2. Cabbage appropriate amount
3. Garlic 1 clove minced
4. Fishcake 1pc cut slices
5. Prawns 3pcs
6. Pork lard and lard oil
Seasoning
1. Oyster sauce 2tsp
2. Chicken stock 1.5 ladle scoop
3. Sugar 1/2tsp
4. Pepper little
5. Dark soya sauce little
Method
1. Heat wok with little oil and stir fry the noodle to get the wok hei. Add some water and let it boil, drain and set aside
2. Melt 1tbsp pork oil in the wok and fry the pork lard till crispy. Set aside
3. Add garlic and stir fry till fragrant. Add cabbage and stir till fragrant. Add oyster sauce and mix well. Add fish cake and stir fry. Add chicken stock and let it boil. Add sugar, pepper, noodle and dark soya sauce. Cook under high heat till gravy has thickened.
4. Add 1tsp pork oil and little more dark soya sauce. Add prawn and continue to stir fry till gravy is totally absorbed. Lastly add in pork lard and mix well. Garnish with more pork lard.
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
