The T+A is the better DAC in most areas of the sound. However, the T+A takes on a sharp edge with sibilance that I find distracting. I think I would grow tired of the DAC 200.

Amazing how on different setups the dacs all sound varied from one time to the next. However, this was a great demo of the T+A dac, showing the warmth and real organic flavor to the SQ on display. Quite impressive as it just lets the music flow with life and realism. The Esoteric is much more clinical in it's approach. At times non engaging and mechanical in fact. For now , for me, the T+A is moving to the top of choices for my next dac along with a Lumin P1 and well the Estoteric had better show some more character in future demos to merit a place anymore on my list of future dacs. Well done T+A for a great product as even better price.

T+A DAC200的聲音空間感(音場?空氣感?)呈現優於Esoteric，以第3首大烏鴉為例T+A人聲明顯表現出聲音在空間迴盪的感受，Esoteric聽起來就比較薄弱平面，開頭Bass Q彈的彈跳感T+A完勝。不過Esoteric也不是沒優點，對於錄音相對較差的音樂Esoteric會讓聲音比較耐聽，例如第2首時代聽起來聲音就比較滑順不毛躁。很高興有這個頻道能讓我們欣賞這些高級器材的聲音比較，就算買不起也能練練耳朵的鑑賞力

兩個都好聽~我個人比較喜歡Esoteric的聲音, 人聲聽起來比較清亮~ 說真的如果沒有放在一起同時聆聽比較,有時也未必聽得出明顯的差異~~

After few time listening I prefer 05dx update (31 Aug ) I review my holo audio spring KTE with Aurender N200 vs Esoteric N-05 XD I still found my system still sound better l listen with Burson GT amp + Sennheiser. Hd800 headset

The T+A actually sounds more diffuse. Doesn’t sound right. The Esoteric sounds like it has more weight to the instruments and a clearer soundstage. Weird

两个都是好听，T+A比较灵活比较pure live感觉比较适合我，第二个比较有味道舒服

Esoteric DAC 不管是旗艦分體或一般系列 內部基板 自主研發解碼 規格都開得很高 但就是少一味 相比30萬 Weiss DAC 502 或是 Playback designs 由於DAC發展速度每年都會有新機種 評價款 AURALIC 10萬左右 雖不是最好 但在調音上很接近高價DAC商品

Thanks for this video. Prefer the T+A. More natural and realistic especially for piano and bass. Esoteric is a bit more forward sounding. 👍👍👍

Esoteric N-05XD is my cup of tea

Are you using both as pure Dacs Connected to preamp or as dac/preamp Connected to power amp? Im really interested in T+A qualities as preamp

Esoteric 我覺得比較自然，但或許從強弱對比產生的細節感，t+a比較強烈。 兩台都買就好了。

How is the soundstage ? Which one has the better soundstage? Details airiness and separation??

T+A has higher resolution and details.

After repeated listening from Hong Kong about 8:00pm to 8:50pm with my Bose SoundLink Mini speaker AUX IN from my hp desktop computer connected with LAN, I (being a user of both T+A and Esoteric products) tended to like the sound of T+A DAC200 a bit more than Esoteric N-05XD.
